  Yosuke Hara

  Graduated from the University of Tsukuba Graduate School with a Ph.D. in Engineering. Engaged in research and development of particle beam cancer therapy devices and treatment operations at the Quantum Science and Technology Research Development Organization (QST, formerly the National Institute of Radiological Sciences). During his time at the institute, he co-founded a spin-off venture and served in the management department handling finance, intellectual property, human resources, and IPO preparation. Joined Saikinso in 2022. Currently a Visiting Collaborative Researcher at QST.

  Hiroshi Suzuki

  Since joining the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute (now the Japan Atomic Energy Agency/JAEA) in 2003, he has been engaged in neutron utilization research for approximately 15 years.In fiscal year 2018, he participated in the NEDO SSA program. Subsequently, he established the Innovation Promotion Office within JAEA, initiating support for the societal implementation of research and development outcomes originating from the nuclear field. During these activities, he encountered Naganawa and co-founded Emulsion Flow Technologies Inc., a JAEA-spinoff venture aiming to promote the adoption of emulsion flow technology. He leads business development utilizing this emulsion flow technology.

  Kota Nozaki

  After conducting biological research at Waseda University, he worked in investment banking and fund investment operations.
  Subsequently, he worked on business development for multiple projects aiming to launch deep tech ventures. His experience struggling to recruit R&D talent during this period led him to launch a business specializing in R&D talent at CoA Nexus Inc. Currently, the company utilizes proprietary AI to maintain Japan's largest R&D talent database, exceeding 400,000 professionals, supporting recruitment and other needs for numerous R&D-related companies.

  After working at a creative consulting firm, I became independent and managed my own company for seven years before assuming my current position in 2023. Since 2008, I have specialized in innovation and urban development, engaging in projects from conception to execution. I promote value creation through "integrated knowledge" that extends beyond business × science and technology × design to include × art and × humanities.[Key Achievements] Participated in the overall production of Knowledge Capital, a hub for knowledge creation in the Osaka Station Front Redevelopment; served as overall director for the Shibuya-QWS Shibuya Redevelopment (covering master plan, implementation plan, and PoC co-creation program); acted as concept developer for the Umeda Phase 2 Area Development Project proposal, among others.
